Yes, ours has been, too, sent an email to support yesterday, but no response yet.

My site has been down for 24hrs plus [maybe longer]. Sent email to support last night, no response. Called all phone numbers listed, no one answers "just leave a message". This situation has come up before, several years ago; but as a paying customer it is a bit unnerving. Obviously, part of their system is working. Good customer service would be to send an email advising us as to what is going on.
